Marketing & Sales responsibilities
As a Sales Coordinator, you should be ready to:
Train & mentor our Sales Outreach Assistants to maximize their potential
Oversee the company’s strategic direction in the Sales & Outreach department.
Create target-based goals for the Outreach sales team.
Understand market segmentation of target clients and potential fit with relevant business processes, technology platforms, market offerings and ecosystems.
Lead weekly, monthly & quarterly sales reporting meetings with the Outreach Sales team.
Create a messaging strategy for the sales outreach efforts; develop customized offerings for each target group.
Assist Sales team members in running a disciplined sales pipeline including lead management & qualification using established sales methods.
As a Marketing Manager, you will:
Work with the management team to constantly improve our brand strategy and develop content across a variety of channels.
Analyze the market, determining the needs and purchasing patterns of our target audience.
Conduct research on competitors and identify emerging market trends.
Have knowledge in key areas of marketing (market research, SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, email marketing, web analytics etc).
Create efficient marketing campaigns, generate & interpret data in order to draw sensible conclusions regarding campaign efficiency and ROI.
Work with project managers, UX/UI designers and frontend developers to ensure brand presence across all channels.
Coordinate our company’s presence at various events. This includes taking care of logistics, creating creative company swag, offering support for attending employees, holding company presentations if needed and attending events when required.
Plan and take budgetary control of all digital marketing efforts.
